Micro piezoelectric printing technology

Adopt the new-type micro piezoelectric printhead with a resolution of 1440dpi. Each printhead has 1440 nozzles. Two printheads are in parallel. The total number of nozzles is 2880. Dual four-color mode. Achieve single-color coverage of 2-inch printing area per travel while providing high precision.

Variable ink drop technology

Depending on different output types, variable ink drop technology can generate 3 kinds of micron ink drops ink different sizes. Ink size is freely optional between 3.5pl-21pl. Achieve a pretty, fine, smooth and particle-free tone transition. In conjunction with RIP software, variable ink drop technology makes this printer even highly applied in appreciation field for flawless quality.

Eye-catching printing speed (original technology)

The single PASS printing breadth of Wit-Color ULTRA 9000 reaches 2 inches, while that for common micro piezoelectric printer is only 1 inch. The printing speed of Wit-Color ULTRA 9000 reaches up to 50m2/h (production mode).

Random fuzzy dotting technology (original technology)

Random fuzzy dotting technology can solve the line drawing and white strip caused due to the blocking of nozzles, which are often seen with other inkjet printers and have obsessed producers. Wit-Color ULTRA 9000 can overcome this problem.

RIP Support USB2.0 data transmission interface (standard configuration)

Achieve high-speed transfer and cluster operation, thus quickening your daily work speed. Wit-Color ULTRA 9000 standard configuration supports fully functional Maintop Rip software featured by standard ICC color management.

Fully new mechanical architecture (original technology)

Wit-Color ULTRA 9000 adopts a linear guide rail driving architecture, XY axis grating positioning and lightweight and rigid rack, including 16-line ink feeding system, front, center and back platform heating, air suction, waste ink collection system, front and back paper rolling, 8-fan air drying system, etc. Its weight is merely 260kg, achieving the balance between structural rigidity and compactness.
